This horse is a rarity. Seriously, he is worth his weight in gold. Randy is 14.2 hh and 18-20 years young. He is very very well broke. We have had kids as young as 4 years old on him. In the arena, he has more whoa than go and will most certainly take care of his rider. On the trails, he has a bit more pep in his step, yet still takes care of his rider. Not much phases him. He does obstacles like the suspension bridge, no problem. Randy is a kind soul, he gets along well with other horses and is so very easy to handle on the ground. We think Randy would make a great family horse. He also would make a great horse for any rider who wants to enjoy occasional or seasonal trail rides. Got littles that you want to start on lead line? This is the horse to consider. Randy has impressed us, and very rarely do we evaluate a horse to be a good family horse, so don’t let this guy pass you up if you are looking. Randy is an easy keeper, like so easy, he gains weight looking at hay. He is vaccinated, dewormed, and has had his teeth floated. He stands great for the farrier. He is older, so he will need joint support, but really what horse wouldn’t benefit from that. Randy is ready for his new family.
